Our Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of Users’ personal data and the use of cookies and other technologies on the website: tarta.pl

  1.  The administrator of personal data contained in the Website is DANA Sp.j. with its registered office in 95-035 ul. Kochanowskiego 4 NIP: 732-15-20-066 REGON: 471490628 e-mail: office@piekarniadana.com.pl tel.: 42/2776373 ( dalej jako „Administrator” ).
  2.  The Administrator has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted in matters related to the protection of personal data at the following e-mail address: office@piekarniadana.com.pl or in writing to the address of the Administrator’s registered office.
  3.  The Administrator processes the personal data of the Website Users for the following purposes:
    • Performance of the contract for the provision of electronic services (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR)
    • Marketing of the Controller’s own products or services (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
    • Analysis of traffic on the Website, keeping statistics (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR)
  4. Users’ personal data will be stored for the period of:
    • In the case of performance of the contract – throughout its duration and until the expiry of the limitation period for claims arising from this agreement.
    • In the case of marketing – until you object to such processing.
    • In the case of analyses and statistics – until you object to such processing.
  5. The recipients of Users’ personal data may be:
    • Entities processing data on behalf of the Administrator, e.g. IT service providers, marketing agencies.
    • Entities entitled to obtain data on the basis of applicable law, e.g. courts or law enforcement authorities.
  6. Users have the following rights related to the processing of personal data:
    • The right to access your data and receive a copy of it
    • The right to rectify (correct) your data
    • Right to erasure
    • Right to restriction of processing
    • The right to object to data processing
    • Right to data portability
    • The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection)
  7. Providing personal data is voluntary, but it may be necessary to use the services of the Website or to perform the contract.
  8. The Administrator does not envisage the processing of data in an automated manner or for the purpose of profiling.
  9. The Website uses cookies, i.e. small text information stored on the User’s end device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone).
    • Cookies can be read by the Administrator’s ICT system.
    • The Administrator stores cookies on the User’s end device and then obtains access to the information contained therein for statistical purposes, for marketing purposes (remarketing) and to ensure the proper operation of the Website.
    • The Administrator hereby informs the User that it is possible to configure the web browser in such a way that it prevents the storage of cookies on the User’s end device. In such a situation, the use of the Website by the User may be difficult.
    • The Administrator hereby indicates that cookies may be deleted by the User after they have been saved by the Administrator, through appropriate functions of the web browser, programs used for this purpose or by using appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.
    • The Administrator hereby informs the User that it uses technologies that track the actions taken by the User on the Website – Google Analytics tracking code – in order to analyse Website statistics.
  10. Server logs
    • Using the website involves sending queries to the server on which the Website is stored.
    • Each request directed to the server is saved in the server logs. Logs include, m.in, the User’s IP address, server date and time, information about the web browser and the operating system used by the User.
    • Logs are saved and stored on the server.
    • The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific persons using the website and are not used by the Administrator to identify the User.
    • Server logs are only auxiliary material for the administration of the Site, and their contents are not disclosed to anyone except those authorized to administer the server.
  11. All data and information sent through the website are secured with the SSL protocol.

The Controller applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of the processed personal data adequate to the risks and categories of data to be protected.
